The Methodology
At Canadian Global School, learning is active, meaningful, and connected to the challenges of the contemporary world. Our methodology combines the best practices of Brazilian education with international educational frameworks, fostering students’ academic, social-emotional, and cultural development from Early Childhood Education onward.
Students are at the center of the learning process. Our classes encourage inquiry, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, preparing each student to learn independently and apply knowledge across different contexts. Immersion in the English language is part of the school routine, allowing students to develop fluency naturally while using English as a tool for communication and learning. This experience is further enriched by an international curriculum, the Dual Diploma, which enables students to earn both a Brazilian diploma and the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), and the International Baccalaureate (IB) programs offered across our schools.
Our methodology also emphasizes students’ holistic development, strengthening social-emotional skills such as empathy, ethics, leadership, communication, resilience, and responsibility. Through interdisciplinary projects, hands-on experiences, and the intentional use of technology, students are encouraged to connect different areas of knowledge and develop solutions to real-world challenges.
More than preparing students for exams, Canadian Global School develops global citizens who are prepared to innovate, collaborate, and lead in an increasingly connected world, with a strong foundation for admission to leading universities in Brazil and around the world.
